| Race Report Well, it's opening night, the car was decent in the heat, made it to the top 3 for the re draw. Drew starting position 3. Not bad. I was in alot of jingles, ended up on the bank in turn 1. Went to the back of the pack, the car got banged up, but handeled well for the shape it was in. Real good run for the 7N. 5-5 Started 7th. in the heat, finished 6th. The track was tacky, all the cars were working well. The track became real rough, and we changed the set up to adjust 12th. 7th. but still couldn't get a bite, not on the hub, or up high. Started 18th. Weather made for a late start. Finally got to run the heats. Started 4th. the car in 5-12 front of me slowed on the backstreach, the first lap, and I had no way to get Rain 7th. around him, had to slow down, the rest of the pack went by. still qualified. 5th. Out 5-19 Due to weather conditions, the races had to be canceled. R/O Finished 3rd. in the heat, then the rains came, double features next Friday. 5-26 Went to Weedsport Speedway for the DIRT Hall of Fame 2006 induction Rain Kenny Britebill and Bob Mcredie were inducted. 6-2 The rain forced an early cancelation again this week at P/C. If it rains out again R/O this Friday, Penn/Can is runing on Monday the 12th. Also, we are planning on runing 5 Mile Pt. this Saturday. Hope to see you there. Ran double features tonight. The car is close, still a little more tuning to do. 1 / 12th. 6-12 Maybe we can get to Victory Lane this coming Friday. The owner and & crew could use a win. They maintain the 7N very well, it would be nice 2 / 9th. to reward them for thier effort. We won ! What a great night for th Beanle$$ team. To Steve and the 7N crew.. 6-16 this one's for you guys, you work hard every week to try to put the car in victory 1st. 5th. lane, and this week all your hard work paid off. Congratulations to all of you. To the fans, thank you for the respect you all showed to Carl, that was awsome. Ran 5 Mile Pt. did not qua. in the heat, had to run the consi. The crew changed 6 -17 alot of things before the main. The car was running real well, handled great. Then 23rd. a big wreck happened, and I was right in the middle of it. Broke the steering arm, 5 mile pt. and few other things, so we couldn't get back out to finish the race. We will be racing there again this coming Saturday night. Hope to see you there. 6-23 Rained out again at Penn/Can Speedway, we will be runing on Friday June 30th. R/O 5th. and Monday July 3rd. Ran the Heath Memorial race at 5 mile pt. speedway. Did not qualify in the heat, 6-24 had to run the consi. Won that, that was fun. Started 21st. in the feature, 12th and finished 12th. Not bad for the second time there this season. 5 mile pt. Penn/Can had to cancel because of the recent flooding, there was no way to 6-30 the track. Monday. Firecracker 40 lapper. Car ran great. Had to draw for position. Won 7-3 my heat. Drew 5th. for the feature, and finished 5th. Steve, the owner of 5th. 3rd. Beanle$$ Motorsports was not at the race. He works at Amphenol, in Sidney, NY and the company got flooded out. He had to go to the New Jersey office, and try to figure out where to go from here. The car was running great. Got spun around, and ended up in a wreck, broke the 7-7 front shock, the back end got hit, the car got beat up pretty good. I was able to 9th. 4th. continue. The track was rough from all the rains, but... In a wreck. Track was very rough. 7-14 23rd. 7th. 7- 21 14th. 7th. Rained early in the day, but finally stopped in time. Started 2nd. in the heat, the car 6th. 7th. 7-28 was tight, got 5th. Started 2nd. in the feature, the car was real loose, but got better as the race went on, ended up 6th. Won the heat, car working well. 8th. 7th. 8-4 |
